Voice Actor Ayaka Nanase Releases Solo Artist Debut Song Music Video

 

The CD single will be available on July 10

Japanese record company Marvelous' official YouTube channel began streaming a music video for "STAR RUSH," voice actor Ayaka Nanase's solo artist debut song.

Nanase made her professional voice acting debut in 2015, and her well-known anime characters include Yoshino Koharu in Sakura Quest (2017), Reiko in Super Cub (2021), and Ageha Hijiri/Cure Butterfly in Soaring Sky Precure! (2023-2024). While releasing many character songs for the series she is cast, this is the first time that she has released a solo song under her own name.

Her first CD single "STAR RUSH" is set to release in Japan on July 10, 2024, and the title tune is featured as the fifth ending theme for the TV anime Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!! from its 103rd episode aired on April 7.

Nanase performed "STAR RUSH" for the first time at Marvelous' booth in AnimeJapan 2024 on March 23 and 24. According to the report by Animate Times, she describes her feelings about her debut as a solo artist, "This April marks the 10th year since my debut as a voice actor, so I hope to do my best (in my solo artist activities) as a culmination of all that I have done so far."
